The second movement workshop focuses on searching for raised odor in higher places. The goal is to build and increase body awareness, confidence in movement, independence in searching, and commitment to odor through the thoughtful pairing of movement puzzles and scent work.
Read Your Dog!
RESCHEDULED - 2/22/2026 at 1 pm - 3 pm
This workshop is not only beginner-friendly, it was created for beginners! Even without any prior experience you can take this workshop. To succeed in scent work, your dog needs you to be an informed member of the team! Learn to read your dog’s body language to determine when they are seeking odor, when they are sourcing it, and when they have found the source.
MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Naomi Gorman
Owner of Fox Dog Training LLC
Naomi is a professional conservation detection dog handler with her two dogs, Elio and Fizzgig. They work together to support conservation efforts using the dogs’ noses! Naomi also competes in AKC and NACSW with both her dogs for sport scent work.
